Discord Authentication: User ID, Discord username, avatar, and server membership when using Discord OAuth.
Game Identifiers: Steam Hex ID, FiveM license identifier, Xbox Live ID, Minecraft UUID, and client IP addresses strictly for connection validation, whitelist enforcement, and DDoS mitigation.
In-Game Telemetry: Playtime statistics, server transaction logs, player inventory state, and Sentinel anti-cheat telemetry data.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process your data exclusively to maintain server operations, authenticate player permissions, prevent malicious exploits, synchronize game progress, and fulfill digital store orders.
We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data to third-party advertising brokers.
3. Security & Data Storage
All database connections are secured with TLS encryption, automated backup routines, and tokenized authorization.
Access to player records is strictly restricted to authorized studio personnel.
4. Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with Cloudflare (DDoS mitigation & DNS), Discord API (authentication), and Tebex Limited (payment processing).
Credit card and payment credentials are processed directly by PCI-DSS certified gateways and are never stored on our servers.
5. Player Rights & Inquiries
Under GDPR/CCPA, you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your telemetry records.
