By accessing Mubba Studio websites, participating in our multiplayer servers (including AstraV, EkmekSMP, and future universes), or acquiring software licenses, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must disconnect from our servers and discontinue the use of our services immediately.

All in-game purchases, virtual currency, ranks, cosmetics, and software scripts acquired through our store or Tebex gateway are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal entertainment.

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all transactions are strictly final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an automated global suspension across all Mubba networks.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against cheating, exploiting game bugs, memory tampering, harassment, discrimination, and unauthorized real-world trading (RMT).

Staff decisions regarding in-game disciplinary actions, mutes, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans are final and non-negotiable.

All original scripts, custom 3D models, branding, logos, and UI designs are proprietary property of Mubba Studio.

Mubba Studio is an independent developer collective and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, Valve, or Cfx.re.

Mubba Studio reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any server, feature, or asset without prior notice.

We may terminate or restrict your access immediately without liability if you violate any provision of these Terms.
